Distributor Sales - Updated on October 1st, 2008

We are always looking to expand our distribution network into new territories. Our basic distributor terms are as follows. We'll also add you to our list of Distributors on the website and you'll be added to our Monthly Pod News PDF emailing, so you can get the latest shipping and release information emailed to you each month.

Distributor Account Terms

Distributors must contact Mr. Robert Dubois at Dream Pod 9 by Phone (514) 523-1350, Fax (514) 907-8946 or Email "rdubois@dp9.com", to setup a Distributors Account with Distributor's credit card info or other payment method, before they can place their first order. New distributors must provide Dream Pod 9 with a list of at least ten (10) retail accounts they service (with phone numbers), as proof of Distributor status which can be faxed or email to us.

American, International, and Canadian Retailers use the USD prices. As the US and Canadian Dollars are now at par we will now use the USD price as the CAD price when processing all credit card payments.
Orders can be placed by phone (514) 523-1350 ask for Robert, fax open 24/7 at (514) 907-8946 or on our online store, just click and enter your info on checkout, please write "DISTRIBUTOR" in the comments box.
All orders must be prepaid using VISA or Mastercard, PayPal or International Money Order before shipping. Please note you can't use the online store total for PayPal or Money Order method direcly as it will charge you the full retail without any discount applied. In all cases we will get back to you via email with the total cost after all the discounts have been applied, before anything is charged.
New Ordering Option: We added a Distributors Excel Format Order Sheet (October 1st, 2008), with revised release schedule included, to make placing orders for Heavy Gear Blitz and other select products easier. Just download the excel file, the green text is editable, fill in your quanties and distributor address and phone number at the top right. The excel sheet calculates all the discounts and total cost at the bottom. Then save the file with a name like "yourdistributornameDP9Order.xls" and email the file back to us at "rdubois@dp9.com", also please mark in your email header "DP9 ORDER" so it is easy for us to spot. We will update these sheets as new products are released or older products go out of stock.
Distributor Standard Discounts on the SRP are 55% off Dream Pod 9 Books and Miniatures.
Distributor Discounts on the SRP are 40% off MiniManiak and Fusion Models Miniatures and Model Kits.
We also have volume discounts, for orders over $750 once the orginal 55% and/or 40% discounts are applied we give an addional /5% discount, and if the order is over $1500 its /10%.
The Minimum Order for American or Canadian Distributors is $350 USD after the Distributors Discounts are applied (basicly $777.78 USD SRP of DP9 Books and Minis) and includes free shipping to the USA or Canada. If you do not meet the minimum for free shipping then our basic distributor shipping cost of $21.95 will be charge.
The Minimum Order for International Distributors is $350 USD after the Distributors Discounts are applied (basicly $777.78 USD SRP of DP9 Books and Minis) and includes free shipping to any forwarder in the USA or Canada. If shipping is required to an overseas location and exact shipping charge by Canada Post or US Post is charged to the International Distributor.
Dream Pod 9 ships out orders once a week on Fridays by Canada Post for Canadian Orders, using expedited service (takes about 1 week) and by US Post for US Orders using Priority Mail (takes about 1 week).
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock and can't be shipped within a week of the order being received the Distributor will be contacted.
