NuCoal forces are detailed in ​Perfect Storm: NuCoal Field Guide​ which includes detailed descriptions of NuCoal's arsenal of war machines which represent a fusion of designs from all over Terra Nova and even CEF technology. PAK forces are also described. The PAK briefing in Heavy Gear Blitz: Locked & Loaded​ is replaced by this expanded briefing with more options, streamlined special rules, and access to NuCoal's new arsenal.
